📋 Staff Rules & Responsibilities
The following rules are designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and well-moderated environment for all users. All staff members must follow these guidelines at all times while representing the chat rooms.
1. Professional Behaviour
All staff must act professionally during every interaction with users. You represent the platform, and your behaviour should reflect fairness, maturity, and responsibility.
2. Respect for All Users
Staff must treat all users with kindness, respect, and courtesy — regardless of age, background, beliefs, or opinions. Harassment, mocking, or rude behaviour from staff will not be tolerated.
3. Fair and Consistent Rule Enforcement
Moderators must enforce rules equally for everyone.

✔ No personal bias
If a rule is broken, staff must respond appropriately every time.
4. Privacy Protection
Staff must respect user privacy.
❌ Do NOT share, store, or disclose any personal information shared in chat.
❌ Do NOT ask users for sensitive details.
5. Knowledge of Policies
All staff members must read and understand the chat room guidelines and apply them correctly. If unsure about a rule, ask a senior staff member before taking action.
6. Conflict Resolution
When users argue or disputes arise, staff should:

✔ Avoid taking sides
✔ Mediate fairly
✔ Encourage peaceful solutions
Never escalate a situation with aggression or personal comments.
7. Active Monitoring
Staff must regularly watch chat activity to ensure the rules are being followed. Intervene quickly when necessary to keep the room safe and friendly for everyone.
8. Clear Communication
Moderators must communicate clearly and politely, especially when:
- enforcing rules
- explaining decisions
- helping users
- issuing warnings or timeouts
Confusing or rude communication can create unnecessary conflict.
9. Team Cooperation
Staff should work together as a team.

10. Username Rules & Position Restrictions
To avoid confusion, staff members:
❌ may NOT change their usernames without permission
❌ may NOT hold staff/moderator positions in any other chat rooms not owned by Boss Baby
Any staff member who changes their username without approval will be demoted immediately.
